Marketing – out with the old, in with the new

Marketingul a fost fortat sa se transforme odata cu boom-ul inregistrat de comunicarea online si Social Media. In timp ce acest fenomen capata o amploare din ce in ce mai mare, marketing-ul face eforturi sa treaca de la conceptul traditional de “one-to-many” la cel de “many-to-many”.  Comunicarea nu mai poate fi unidirectionala iar companiile trebuie sa asculte, sa monitorizeze si sa tina seama de conversatiile pe care oamenii le poarta in mediul online despre ele. Si in Romania. Mai ales in Romania🙂
